STEP-1
 

Online Registration dates : 17/01/2018 & 18/01/2018 (7 a.m. to 7 p.m.)

Parents who wish to apply for admission for their ward will have to REGISTER FIRST their name in our website i.e. www.stmarysmeerut.com. After successful registration, use your registered username and password to login into our portal for filling the Registration Form.     

Remit Rs.700/- + applicable bank charges (non-refundable) cost of Prospectus and Registration Form through Net-banking / Debit Card / Credit Card.

After successful registration & payment, Registration Form will be sent to your registered E-mail ID. Also, Form & Receipt can be downloaded from your login account. Please ensure to mention your correct E-mail ID at the time of online filling of the form. School does not take any responsibility if form is not received by you due to your wrong E-mail ID & unsuccessful payment transaction.

Issue of Prospectus & Registration Form does not  guarantee admission.

 
STEP-2
 

Regn. Form with all the copies of documents and Receipt for the payment made, to be submitted in the school office on the following dates:

Time:     9.30 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.

Date:              23.1.2018 (form no. 180001 to 180400)

 24.1.2018 (form no. 180401 to 170800)

 25.1.2018 (form no. 180801 onwards)

Form without the specified documents will not be accepted.

 

AGE

Age should be 5+(five plus) but not more than 6(six) years as on 31st March 2018. Only children who are registered within three months of their birth will be consideredIn the Regn. Form, child’s name should be written as per the Birth Certificate issued by the Nagar Nigam / Cantt. Board. Birth certificates issued by Hospitals are not accepted. No Birth certificates without child’s name are accepted.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION OF REGISTRATION FORM

 

  1. A recent photograph of the child with his/her parents (father, mother and the child together) to be affixed in the Registration Form.
  2. Photo copy of the Birth Certificate with child’s name on it, duly attested by a Gazetted Officer. (Also bring the original for verification).
  3. Photo copy of Aadhaar Card of the child. (Also bring the original for verification).
  4. Original Fitness Certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner.
  5. Photo copy of the Vaccination Card of the child.
  6. Any one of the following documents to establish identity/address:

(a)     Domicile certificate of child or his/her parents
         OR

(b)     Voter I-card (EPIC) of any of the parents
         OR

(c)     Electricity bill / BSNL telephone bill / Water Bill / Passport in the name of any of the parents or child
         OR

(d)     Aadhaar Card of parents.

      7. Copy of Report Card of elder child in the same school (St. Mary’s Academy, Meerut) to get sibling points.

        8. Copy of passing certificate of parents to avail  Alumni points.

        9. Photocopy of Category Certificate in case SC/ST/OBC favouring Child’s name.

Result will be sent in your E-mail ID and the list of selected students will be published in our school’s website.
