Our ICSE UP&UK State team stood true on everyone's expectations and performed exceptional well in the U-17 Category by defeating all the teams one sidedly with a margin of 30 points in the league stages.
In the Semifinal match they defeated Maharashtra & Goa region by 39-12.
In the finals they put a tough fight against the host team Tamil Nadu with a score of 74-72 and bagged the runners up position.
The players who participated from our school are as follows:-

In the U-14 Category the young Marians outperformed every expectation and bagged the winners trophy defeating Maharashtra & Goa region in the finals with a score of 43-15. The Players participated from our school are as follows-
1) Aryan Malik
2) Atharva Vashistha
3) Arnav Garg
First time in the history of SMA Basketball our school basketball team Captain Surya Dev Singh Kaintura and VINAYAK ARYA are selected for the CISCE India Team and Surya Dev Singh will also be captaining the team for the same .
They both will be participating in the SGFI games.
The shiniest diamonds are made from the hardest pressure and the finest craftsmanship. All the medals and glory that these young players have brought to the school is only possible because of the persistent hardwork, discipline and guidance of Mr. Aden Mirza and Mr. Umar Mirza.
I love to inform you that our school basketball team coach Mr. Aden Mirza has also been selected as the Coach of the CISCE India Team for SGFI games in the U-17 category.
